March just slipped right away from me.  I've finally started renovating my studio; got a coat of paint in the ceiling yesterday, and the base coat will go on the walls today.  It's hard to even move with all the furniture that's usually in there filling up other parts of the house.  

I've been working a little with idea I had regarding memorizing figure proportions. I mean, it's one thing to "know" a figure is 8 heads tall, but when you go to draw sometimes you make the head too big or the legs too long.  I was thinking, though, of how we learn to write letters in elementary school, repeating them on that special lined paper so we know how tall a little "a" is supposed to be, etc.  So I've been experimenting little with that, and if it really works I'll be sure to share it here!

Once I can, you know, access my scanner again, which is now in a corner of the TV room, looking rather forlorn.
